Welcome
My name is Tracey Bonanni. I am a certified, CPDT-KA dog trainer and a member of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers (APDT). I live in Suffield, CT, and work with clients in Connecticut and Southern Massacusetts.
Since the age of 2 I have been surrounded by animals of all kinds. During my therapy dog handler course I realized I wanted to shiift my career path and become a dog trainer. I was honored to be offered an apprenticeship with Dr. Alice Quinn, a legendary dog trainer and behaviorist. During that time I was exposed to evidence-based practices that will guide me in teaching you to teach your dog the skills to become a well mannered, responsive companion.
During my apprenticeship I was involved in training service dogs, therapy dogs, basic and advanced puppy classes to help owners train and support these amazing companions. I offer private lessons in basic manners for dogs of every age and training level and introduction to therapy dogs. My goal is to give you the tools and support you need to teach your dog to be well mannered, confident and stress-freee. There is nothing more rewarding then having a trusted loving bond with your animal.
